We’re proud to announce the successful completion of RW Palmer’s refurbishment works on the Ground Floor and Lower Levels of the NSW State Library.

From June to December 2025, our team delivered:

• Full electrical upgrade across
• New switchboards
• Lighting
• Lighting control systems
• All communications infrastructure.
  
  The transformation also features a new café, bookshop, and beautifully revitalised reading rooms—spaces designed to welcome and inspire the community for years to come.
